
Over the last few days I have noticed a change in my skin. The skin brushing is always good but I am starting to see a nice change in my face. I have been through a fair bit of detox and more to come, but the color of my skin is looking more healthy. I have continued washing my face with mango and mashed bananas and for everything else (including my hair) I am just using Baking Soda. It was weird at first because my hair felt kinda strawish after but when I keep using it it softens up as soon as it dries. If I need the ends conditioned, I just rub olive or coconut oil in and it's shiny and nice.
I have not been very hungry the last couple days and my quantities are way down and that suites me fine. I do need to add more water however and that is always a struggle for me. I really need that natural thirst to kick in.
I bought more celery today and I am going to make a pure green smoothie in the morning with lots of pure water in it to drink during the day. That should cure the Salt Cravings I have had recently.
