When out shopping it is always fun to people watch. Today when I was at the grocery store, I decided to really look at what people are buying but more than that, to really see them. So many baskets filled with things that will only in time rob them of their health. It made me sad to see what they picked to eat and even sadder to know how many years I wasted doing just the same thing. I am so glad to have found that eating things Raw, uncooked and living makes me feel just that. So much to see through the eyes of Raw :)
