Day 29 - It's Easy Being GREEN!

Kermit was lucky! He started off green. Today's Smoothie just seemed extra good today. Made about 2.5 quarts and that took me from morning till about 3:30pm Then it was about time for something to knosh :) I made a huge salad made with Organic baby Greens, avocado, mushrooms, pine nuts and a little Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar. Mmm

I found out today that Trinity Water is not longer being sold. It's a HUGE disappointment to me :( They are embrangled in a law suite of which I know nothing of only that they are not bottling or selling it any longer and it is doubtful they will until a time that whomever will own it begins to sell it once again. One of those situations that I hate to see happen to something that is such a pure product. I have used it for years and I guess I didn't notice it slowly disappearing off the shelves till it was gone gone. *sigh* I hope that Trinity Water will once again start flowing and that the new owners will keep the standard as high as they once were.
