I feel in the air that the wind is changing and although it is hot it is starting to get that feel of season switch. I am dreading the cold in a way because my body does change it's need and eating raw is more of a challenge not to go back to cooked. I miss hot soup or stew and last year I fell hard with one bite. This year is going to be better and different because I am so very much more prepared and my body has been so much more tuned to it. Not that is not going to be a struggle I am just confident that Raw is right.
