
Well here comes the Indian Summer. Since I have been eating Raw I have noticed quite a few changes in myself. I adjust much better to the heat and cold as long as I take in the right foods. Today, I am going full fluids at least until evening when it cools off. I just don't feel like being burdened with digesting a ton of stuff. I actually feel quite comfortable now going from smoothies and water to eating larger more complex meals and I like that I am not in that "3 meals a day" thing anymore. I have been using Chia seeds off and on but I think I am going to try and use them on a daily bases to add to my hydration.
Today's Intake:
1 liter of Water
Smoothie with:
1 Young Coconut with meat
10 Strawberries
1 Lg Piece of Aloe Vera pealed
2 Tomatoes (one yellow one red)
1 med Vidalia onion
1 Piece of Raw Fudge
Baby Greens Salad
8oz of Celery Juice
