
Well, it's that time again and back to driving I go. I have my thermos ready for my Green Smoothies to take on the bus. I also have a nice lunch box that will hold all the stuff I need to carry with me. It's funny that it was always so easy to just stop by and grab fast food but to eat to healthy you have to really prepare and plan for it.. It's worth it though. I am going to keep Almond, raisins, goji berries, cashews to nibble on.
Driving kids to school might seem like a job harder than most people would want to do but I have found it very rewarding. I also try when I can to encourage the kids to eat more fruit and veggies :)
