Day 22 - Food and Emotions


I am still learning (both personally and research) how food effects the emotions. Fine tuning what I eat plays a major impact on how I feel from moment to moment. Even making juice that is 100% Raw and healthy can lead to a swing in my emotions either good or bad. Using juices blended with others seems to lower the times that this happens. If I am really down and I drink a glass of Orange juice, It really helps me short term, but the goal for me to to completely balance myself so that these negative swings are gone or few and far between.
I Like reading other's Raw journeys. It gives me a great perspective on where I might want to go myself and perhaps what to avoid. I have been very happy buying Angela Stokes' E-books and they have been so helpful to me. I especially love the part where she writes "what I would do different next time". I like to learn from others and glean from them the fruits of their wisdom and follies. Raw is a journey for sure. Not a destination there is still so much to learn and do and change and discover!
