Rained hard today but I am sure that the farmers rejoiced. We were getting on the fringe edge of drought and I know that some places people are really struggling. I am grateful that we are not. I had a few things come up today so I didn't have time to look for tomatoes and at the end of my day I was really wanting them! Gonna try again tomorrow.
I have found that I go to my freezer a lot and use my frozen juices and greens and I do believe that I should make and stockpile them for when it is not so easy to get the local farmer's stuff.
Found some Mangos that knocked my socks off. Funny how they can vary so much in taste. These were solid red and just perfect. Would love to find them again.
Bought 12 in a case for under $4 Wish they lasted longer.
Still working on water intake.. why is that always such a struggle?
