Day 40 - One Can Dream

As I was shopping today I though of how nice it would be to have all my veggies washed and cut for me.. I looked at some of the items that were and they looked terribly sad indeed! I figured that part of the deal about eating Raw and Fresh is that you must also accept the fact that you will on a daily basis have to "FIX" the veggies hehe. I guess that it really is a small price to pay but some days it seems a Ginormas task. I think that making more than you need is good too but if you make too much then they end up looking as sad as the Carrots and Celery that sit in the bags for weeks.

One could also wish to have someone do it for you or have enough money where you could have them made and delivered. Funny to think that if I won the lottery (which I don't play anyway) That I would have my veggies cut for me! haha Guess Raw really is a high priority :) Anyway I imagine that the dip in this picture is some glorious raw mixture and I would sit myself down and eat it till I popped. After all.. One Can Dream!
