I am going to lunch today at my friend Bonnie's house. It's a BYOF so that works out just great for me to bring my own food with me and not have to worry or stress. I picked up a brand new lunch box at the thrift store with 2 containers in it and it is really well insulated so, carrying stuff with me will be so much easier. This is my first meal out anywhere but home for a long while and it feels strange. The one thing I have noticed with eating Raw is that once I am 100%, it is much easier to keep eating 100%. If I eat something cooked, then the cravings and temptations are way harder.
I keep in mind things that people have said about their own cravings and how to deal with them and it has helped so much.
Focus :
- Water
- Skin Brushing
- Movement
- Focus on what is important
- Breathing deeply and releasing stress that I impose on myself.
