
I have been pondering the different choices of eating and looking at Raw food.
There are days that eating one single thing all day is totally sufficient and relaxing. It gives my body a break from having to work against breaking down many different elements during digestion.
Other times, something complex and stimulating is necessary giving the old taste buds something to really dance over.
Learning what I need to eat is becoming easier and listening to my body is becoming more clear. Fighting off cravings is really more simple than I suspected and many times a glass of water with a lemon in it,will kill off the memories of the food that is haunting me.
Delighting in simple flavors and portions that match my nutritional needs is an important goal for me.
