Ok picking my own stuff is really cool :) There is a farmer local to me that leaves certain parts of her fields for you to pick. if people don't pick it she will and lay it out on the table so either way it's fresh fresh. The stands around here are flowing with goodies. I bought a big basket of green beans that were set down in front of me from the garden behind.. Ok how cool is that?? Man they were good!
Today I Ate:
16 oz Green smoothie (pineapple, orange and spinach)
1 cup grapes
8oz Mushrooms
3 Sm cucumbers
1/4 cup of Raw Cashews
6 oz Raspberries
1 mango
1cup blueberries
